Actually according to what I read recently, it sounds like, because the MLB Owners are trying to make additional cuts to the original agreement with the MLB Players Union, the MLB players are now demanding their Full Salery.

The whole thing is a mess right now, and at the moment it looks like there won't be a 2020 MLB season.
