I swear it seems a lot of liberals are pro criminal.
No doubt, but what is more important his past behavior in Texas or his past behavior in Minnesota in regards to how he is viewed by police in Minnesota?

Here is his criminal history in Minnesota

https://chs.state.mn.us/Search/SubmitChsSearch

The last 6 years of his life.

You want to say he should be punished for what he did in 2007? No arguments here but to basically say it was only a matter of time based on past history is just plain silly.

I am not pro criminal either I am not even sure what the hell that means.

Lastly, if you are going to label me label me correctly I am not a liberal I am a socialist. If you are going to demonize me do it correctly and give me the accurate title of evilness I deserve.

Most of the people that have lethal run ins with police are not average citizens, that cannot be denied. Their behavior increases the chances of a bad experience with police. Are you trying to tell me that isn't true? My rap sheet has a couple speeding tickets, driving with a cracked windshield and a couple parking tickets, in 43 years of driving. No criminal offenses on my record. How do you think a cop is going to act when he comes up to my vehicle compared to someone with multiple stints in jail, some for violent offenses?

Just the person's past will put the cop on high alert, which could lead to problems.

If police access that data prior to interacting with a suspect I am sure it leads to bias for a person but in this incident Floyd was already in police custody, they had him in handcuffs and he was sitting in a passenger seat of a car. I really don't see how his past justifies what follows.
