So in other news, the Dow Jones is on pace to have its worst ever recorded day in the history of trading.

My question is, does the Dow stop when it gets to zero, or is it possible that it can go into negative numbers?

It is losing 2 - 3,000 points a day at this rate. So in another two weeks could we potentially see the Dow at 0 or negative?
