He's trademark squatting. Cyber squatting is related to domain names which also gets you nowhere and is an act of bad faith unless you're going to actually be using it. So unless this guy is going to buy a NFL franchise he's not going to last long in court.

If memory serves he said as much this morning on the Junkies about having to have intent to use the trademark. He didn't sound interested in fighting any battles with the skins because he knows he wont win. I also think he mentioned he is a patent and trademark attorney.
