I can't speak for your guys organizations but we have annual sexual harassment training we have to complete in mine. The Mann scenario is right in the training program. That’s the DS failure. He will spend money on salary cap and people think he spends money but he doesn’t. Anything coming out of his pocket like facilities or equipment or having a HR dept or hiring competent people who require competitive pay ... basically everything behind the curtain is dollar store. We are like the bengals. Hearing reporters talking about the facilities vs other team is embarrassing.

We will never compete with the likes of the Pats. The Vikings just got a new facility so now I think we have the oldest smallest facility in the league.
