Innocent until proven guilty civally.
But absolutely no way Rivera and Co. could keep him on the team. I hope he is innocent. And if he's guilty I pray for him that whenever the last time was, that that is the last time ever and he lives a life after prison that contributes to society. He seems like such a good dude, and his life story is sad. Not an excuse if guilty, but I hope he gets the help he needs.
