If you had told me before the game that WFT would have more yards, 1st downs, a >50% 3rd down conversion and be perfect on 4th downs, and that Allen would throw for more TDs than Jones, not throw more picks than Jones, hold the Giants to 112 passing yards, and that Jones would be the Giants’ leading rusher, I would have said we win in a blowout. Nope. Not the 2020 WFT.

And what sucks is that we may all feel worse if we lose to a truly horrid Dallas team this weekend. Whatever we say about Trevor Lawrence, I wouldn’t feel good about that.

So many years of this unwatchable football.

That's what I said in another thread, when looking at the stats alone. But the key to losing last week was 3 plays; big gain by Jones (on the D, particularly Collins) and the 2 turnovers by Allen. The INT was a terrible throw (I can't even tell what he was trying to do as it wasn't even close to being a catch) and the fumble for obvious reasons were the real killers. Those 3 plays alone probably account for 2 two TD win instead of a 1 point loss.
