Joe Gibbs is the man

I have always had nothing but the utmost respect for Joe Gibbs the man, as well as Joe Gibbs the coach. I am also convinced he will get the team back on course though the #1 question still remains, how long will he continue, and what will our situation be once he decides to call it quits?

When Gibbs took over the team to begin his first tenure he inherited a much better team than the one he took over this time around which partially explains why he's not off to the same type start where he had the team in the SB after his second season. During the course of his success he had two HOF players the likes of which he has nothing simular this time around. When you couple that with all the changes that has affected the game since he last coached, it's going to take patience on the part of all us fans and hope for simular success. His greatest challenge is going to be keeping "what he calls his core group" together long enough to make a difference. In this age of "RENT A PLAYER" it's going to be difficult. Patience is something the NFL is short on now and there's so much pressure on coaches to win now. I just hope Mr. Snyder has learned that patience is going to be the key to any success we're going to have, and allow coach Gibbs to fulfill his misson.
