Thats a tad bit Monday morning quarterbackish. Since I was on the tank train Ill say this. RR had his eyes set on Trevor. That ship sailed, and it has become very apparent that there are a handful of teams who are equally as inept as we appeared to be. When you look at the remaining games it just so happens we play six against those inept teams. Wasn’t that apparent weeks ago. |

Re: Around the NFL week 8
Does he play for Ohio State?
He does? He's trash, just like every Ohio State QB ever.

Re: Around the NFL week 8
First off my comment has nothing to do with pro potential. Second you simply can not compare Haskins to Fields. Or classify all QB's from one school. Two totally different players. Two different personalities. From all accounts Fields is a lot more mature than Haskins. He has better mobility. He looks every bit as good as Lawrence.

Re: Around the NFL week 8
Well said. Those schools make the QB spot look otherworldly no matter who it is due to the talent around them and the competition they face. I'm super biased and have no real basis for my feelings but I would NEVER, NEVER, EVER take an Ohio State QB for any goddam reason. I was livid when we wasted that pick on Haskins and I'm even more angry about it now.

Re: Around the NFL week 8
Correct. But if you watch college then you know Fields is better than Darnold and Rosen. My comment had nothing to do with pro potential. Just my observation. Fields is every bit as good as Lawrence. He will be a top 5 pick.
