Re: The Too Soon 2021 NFL Draft Thread
This isn't your fault. But Amari Gainer is not in the draft. He is 100% playing for FSU this year. He never declared for the draft. Not sure why he's an option to pick. And has been for a long time.
I like your taste in TE's lol. I really like Grant from UCF. But Molden would be a great pick too.

Re: The Too Soon 2021 NFL Draft Thread
Elijah Molden Is my target in the second if he makes it to us...he’s another hybrid Cb/safety guy.
I’d take him and pencil him in immediately as the starting slot CB. He is a Playmaker.

The QB of Texas A&M is not an NFL QB. Do not draft under any circumstances.

Re: The Too Soon 2021 NFL Draft Thread
The thing is the drop off between MLB and TE from first to 2nd is large...well for TE for sure. I just like Micha Parsons

Re: The Too Soon 2021 NFL Draft Thread
This draft plus signing a solid LB, puts us in the best defense in the league category.
19: R1 P19 CB Patrick Surtain - Alabama 51: R2 P19 LB Jabril Cox - LSU 74: R3 P10 S Richie Grant - Central Florida 82: R3 P18 LB Cameron McGrone - Michigan 124: R4 P19 OT Walker Little - Stanford 163: R5 P19 WR Jonathan Adams - Arkansas State 244: R7 P16 TE Briley Moore - Kansas State 246: R7 P18 G Dareuan Parker - Mississippi State Fitzmagic opens up this whole draft. I'd love a developmental QB, and wouldn't necessarily be against replacing one of of the mid to late round picks with a QB, but it also doesn't have to be forced.

I like that draft a LOT but I don't see Surtain still being there at #19.

Re: The Too Soon 2021 NFL Draft Thread
There's a big difference between a developmental QB and a franchise QB. One could become the other, but it's unlikely. In Montez' case, were he actually considered capable he would have been put in against the Buccs, having spent 6 months with the team. Instead, TH went in after a matter of days of practice. He might make it back onto the PS this year, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's cut and especially if we draft someone.
