I was in Asheville recently and I had poutine as an appetizer. I have never tasted fries this amazing. Salty, thin hand cut fries...brown gravy with cuts of sirloin. Topped with deep fried cheese curls...after a brewery this was the greatest thing ever.

That's a Canadian thing , every restaurant we went to on PEI and Nova Scotia had it!
