Rivera hiring anyone with connections.
Might as well hire Rob Kardashian and Sarah Huckabee.

I'm going to be the first off the Rivera bandwagon. F this guy and he cronies.
Wow, that was quick. Seems like a good time to jump ship huh?

I see everybody is shitting on you for this, but I won't. I disagree with you on this but otherwise I still value your opinions. Hope you're wrong because if you're right we're in for another 4-5 year stretch of mediocrity.

Not shitting on anyone. He can do what he wants... feel how he wants...

Just questioning the timing.

Polian didn't bring in Luck, yes they went 2-14 in his last year. I am on the fence on this hire, but I don't quite know how Polian counts as a Rivera crony. I suppose he could be, but I don't see the crony pathway for this one?

Polian is Bill Polian's son= long time AFC Colts connections. Hurney NFC Panthers, Mayhew NFC Lions. Just seems to me he is bringing in people that have experience turning teams around with a star qb. I don't see a huge problem with that?

Since the beginning of time, and not just in the NFL. Everywhere.

not sure why Smith is coming back. he can't get away from the rush. it's a tough decision but you have to move on.

I imagine he feels with offseason training and effort he can rehab and be effective. Not saying he can, just that it doesnt seem in his make-up to just be done with it.

Re: WFT's Off-Season Thread

As a fan of any team all you can do is hope for the best. Nobody is making us stay fans , and we have no control over who runs the team so why get all worked up over it? All that matters is Wins and Losses, I don’t give a shit if Trump runs the team

As qb he should have run a play or spiked it. No way it was not his fault. And if Garcon doesn't do the route throw it away. The whole story reeks of dysfunction from Gruden and KC. Also explains why KC can't win in two minute drills. If he gets flustered because he is listening to the players in the huddle instead of running the play called.
