If we could have only come out of the AFC West games with a split we'd be in great position for the playoffs right now.

There's no doubt this team has lost some tough games, but in the end they only have themselves to blame. Good teams don't beat themselves with penalties and turnovers week after week.

Article in the Wash. Times today points out that with a win in one more game (7-5) we'd be in position for the final playoff spot in the NFC. I like our schedule down the stretch rather than some of the other team's schedules. We own all tiebreakers so 9-7 may get us in if we can win 3-1. The only loss that won't hurt us too badly is the Giants loss but we need to sweep the Cowboys and beat the Eagles to ensure the best conference record.
