Personal animosity toward the federal government and the traffic congestion it brings.
It aint happening so it doesnt matter. From a historical perspective the federal government was placed in dc as part of the grand compromise to keep government seperate from the powerful business interests located in NYC and Philadelphia. At this point the midatlantic is the equivalent of nyc and philadelphia back then and moving it to a less urbanized seat would keep that same intended balance. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk |
