Cap announcement? .. what the hell is going on here. Teams need to be cap compliant by start of league new year on March 17 .. but whats the cap?

March 9 is the deadline to tag a player. Gotta think the FO has been working hard to get a Scherff deal done. Im starting to think he wants north of 15M per with 60% or more guaranteed. Im really not sure what they do with him. Scherff agent has to see that this is not the offseason to land big contracts.

Lots of cuts coming very soon.
