Samuel will move all over the place. Backfield, slot, outside, he'll be motioned all over. We're not going to snap the ball in too many formations where we have two WRs flanked out wide. They may start there, but the ball won't be snapped in that formation.

I'd have my eye on Cam and Kelvin Harmon to battle it out for the #3 role, playing mostly on the outside in 3WR sets. I like Harmon's chances, good player who may still develop some more, so long as that knee allows.

Or the #3 may come by way of the draft. Pretty deep class. But Steven Sims can GTFO.
