NJ Giants just signed Adoree' Jackson, CB from the Titans to a 3 year, $39 mil contract. He's played in 14 total games the last 2 seasons, only 3 last year. 2 career INTs in 4 seasons.
$26.5 mil guaranteed, getting paid $16 mil in his first year. Another "good when healthy" player but not a great contract unless he plays 16 games a year.
