But we all know that isn't the reality. Reverse racism and reverse chauvinism are now the new norms. Where are the four white candidates interviewed for the new position, or did they just hire without that process. Imagine doing that for someone hired who is white? I get that this position may not qualify for those rules, but just saying. It is anti-white-male racism, plain and simple.

Can we keep politics out of this thread ? I'm having a hard not laughing and sobbing at the same time.
