This article really lays it out. As soon as Presdent Biden and VP Harris got sworn in, things finally started to get better.

Thank you President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris for providing strong leadership and clear direction from the top. The vaccine roll out has been nothing but awesome.

Look above ^It was always the plan...Biden administration has done a good job to continue roll out the vaccine. but Trump administration plan had the same forecast as supplies of the vaccine increased.

A hiccup with the j&j pause and poor cdc messaging multiple times, but you can’t expect perfection.
