The fact is, Joe Gibbs knows more about picking the right kind of people to surround him on the coaching staff and he's got proof with success. I am not comparing the two coaches. It was brought up about Spurrier walking out or quiting on the Redskins. I was pointing out that "the Danny" left him no choice. He said, either you fire all your staff, and take what I give you, Or leave. He stood up for the guys he brought here and left. Just like when Danny decided to fire Norv, danny asked Ray Rhodes to step in and he said no. He was loyal to Norv and wouldn't do that to him.
