- this is a lie. Obama didnt with hold funds. Instead the govt found out that Westchester had been lying on their grant applications for years collecting over 50 million through the block development program. The govt stopped granting their applications in 2010.

trucker lie #2:

"To its credit, Westchester fought back, because it could afford good lawyers, and eventually won in court."

- this is a lie. They lost very quickly and Westchester promised to cure the fair housing requirement to receive the block development grant money but took them 9 years to actually do it and multiple times Westchester lied from 2010 to 2019 and HUD would check and find out they were lying.
