No, it’s big government over reach and federal government doesn’t know the people, places better than local citizens

The brain worm thought it must be racists to not want high rise built in single family homes neighborhoods is laughable.

I guess the hypocrisy of democrat run city partnering with developers to gentrify parts of the city is just a ok. People should read up on San Francisco, Los Angeles and Brooklyn. There is actual evidence there of pushing out minorities.
