Gen Milley and Biden contradict this premise with statements made by made by them in July, both exactly state the Afghanistan military was absolutely ready and Biden said Taliban would not overtake the Afghanistan administration.

Also Kamala Harris has to own this as well as Polictico has an article from April stating she was also the leading voice in the planning of the withdrawal.
