Its actually a pretty good logo. It has the Alamo and a lone star for TX. The sword isn't a generic sword, it represents the sword Col William Travis used to draw a line in the sand prior to the Alamo battle.

To me it looks like a generic logo from Madden when you move your franchise to another city. But either way I think a NFL team should do better.

You're really comparing iconic logos like the Cowboys or Packers to that San Antonio one lol? If you like it that's great, personally I hope ours ends up looking better than that.

As I think about it they are iconic because they are generic. When it comes to a logo generic and plain is better. The problem with the SA logo isn't that its generic, the problem is its too busy. There's too much going on and the logo looks "forced".
