Re: Chargers at WFT GameDay thread

Ron Rivera punted back to this offense, that absolutely destroyed us all game. And it worked exactly as we all knew it would.

The defense laid down like the overrated little pussies.

i don't think that was what costs the game. it an inability to get off the field on 3rd down. you have a 3rd and 16 you get the fuck off the field if you are a good defense.

You shouldn't even have to be a good defense for that. Chargers didn't score a lot of points, but they lit our asses up in the passing game, basically all game. I literally had zero surprise when they converted thay easily.

There are lots of ways to look tho, we lost because that's what we do. We're folders. The going gets tough, we lay down. We were 7-9 last year and we still look like that.

Re: Chargers at WFT GameDay thread

where is the pass rush? where was allen? you just got paid and you can't cave in the pocket from a sub par line? where is chase? these guys are no where to be found on 3rd down. see when we get up against a good qb this defense isn't really that good. just look at the playoff game against tampa... 150 yards rushing... overrated as fuck.

Re: Chargers at WFT GameDay thread

What a disappointing beginning to the season. Tress Way is the only one who comes to play consistently. We got pushed around at “home” (whatever that means). If this season spirals, and with the schedule it could, there will be more than a few unflattering team name suggestions. Depressing. Not ready to declare the season over after one game by any means, but what an underwhelming start.

Del Rio coached like a soft bitch. blitz on 3rd and 16 you bitch and get Herbert to throw the ball quickly and make a tackle. he sucked so bad today. Tanya and Dan should hold his paycheck for cause he didn't do his job.

Eagles look good. After we lose to the Giants we might never get out of the basement this year.
We got out-hustled, out-coached, and out played. Our defense is not great. Our secondary might not even be good.
My biggest problem is our offense though. You are not going to win many games scoring 16 points. They came all the way across the country to our house and we put up 16 points? That is fucking awful. People are going to be really disappointed after this year is done, but what is worse is next year will be more of the same.

The franchise might as well as closed shop in 1992. We have turned into an absolute loser franchise. We're right there with Detroit, etc.

TJ Watt is legit, he has 2 sacks today and has wrecked havoc. Joey Bosa is legit as he was all over us today. CY and Sweat were nowhere

Re: Chargers at WFT GameDay thread

Jalen Hurts who most said sucked, went off today and got the W… again you better have a good QB or else you ain’t winning shit.

Fitz= Old and washed, even before the injury he looked slow and old today.

Should have got a young QB there

Hurts went off against Atlanta. He isn't doing that against better teams.

Concur. Not to mention, I don't always take too much from Week 1 as it's an extension of the preseason.

Did Jamin Davis play today? I don't recall seeing him even mentioned.

I respect him as a man, but we pulled an Al Davis move, drafting him in the 1st.
