Start trading pieces (i mean anyone and everyone) for picks now. Amass a huge amount of 1’s and 2’s over the next few years - enough to entice a legit coaching staff to come here. Otherwise hold onto the handful of good players we have n continue to be embarrassed.

Not saying this is a positive in fact I bet it gets brought up at the presser as an excuse but regardless of how shitty they played today they will only be one game out of first. Really leads into the “execute better” answer we will get

That division title last year was a house of cards on a windy day. We feasted on teams with back up Qb's.
