Usually smaller QB's (in my coaching experiences) do not throw high as much as TH does, the dude is just not very accurate. I Love his gamer mentality tho and I believe he should stay on as a QB2

Yes, but if its as bad as the film suggests, maybe Allen should be that #1 at this point. Not so much to find a spark (which I doubt Allen brings) but to protect your prized assets on O.
