I'm picky though - can't be excessive with it. Every time I go to Subway they assume I want my sub drowning in it and I gotta tell them to ease up with it. I've been branching out lately - I like these burger places that use like a garlic aioli or chipotle mayo vs. a regular mayo. But on my subs? Mayo is a must for lube because I don't like cheese on my sandwiches or burgers. Most places put just enough on it but some go overboard.
