Maybe I have this approach since I lived through the Spurrier and Zorn years, which IMO where 1000% times worst than anything that has happened recently. And for anyone that wasn't around there, trust me, we were the laughing stock of the league then. To clarify, I mean that in terms of football ops, and not the off the field shit show.

Yeah and just to add doing a rebuild isn't easy, Ron has just about turned this entire roster over now. There are going to be bumps along the way. Improvement in terms of wins isn't going to show in a nice linear fashion.

That said we can't be sitting at 2-6 again at this point next year. This upcoming offseason is huge.
