Yes it was. Justice system working? Not always. Wish it did. You discount the power of a strong prosecution and or defense , an impartial judge and jury by making it seem like the outcome can be determined pre trial. This was definitely more a clear cut case but the prosecution still bought their A game and nailed their balls to the wall.

Well, if the DA prosecutor actually don’t follow the letter of the law and don’t property put away criminals in jail, release them early or don’t make proper bail recommendations….then the justice system isnt working. Criminal belong in jail, not on bond. Especially violent criminals.

Kinda like the domestic terrorist who purposely ran his car into the crowd in Milwaukee.

Not always a clear right or wrong in the eyes of a jury (rittenhouse), in this case it was. But again a strong prosecution/defense is half the battle.
