It definitely could have been called, and has been called in the past. Like one of the announcers said, it's nice to see the refs let the players decide the game, rather than the refs. While he clearly grabbed the jersey, it didn't appear to slow down or redirect the receiver.

I thought it was a good non call, there was plenty of contact between both players and like you said it didn't impede his progress, the ball still hit him in the shoulder area.

If the shoe was on the other foot though, we'd all be crying bloody murder today lol
