This, that seems to be the biggest factor in getting or not getting a call. Great play call by Vegas though. Hell take the shot early and see what happens.

I think the fact that, as MTK pointed out, the ball hit him on the shoulder clearly showed either he wasn't impeded or would have out run the pass if he was. If the ball had fallen just out of his reach in front of him then I think that it most certainly would have been called
