Lets take a minute and give MAJOR PROPS to the Raiders.

1ST ROUND WR KICKED OFF
Lost their best player in Waller

Still have a shot to make the playoffs

Carr deserves the $$ he makes, that dude is actually really good and clutch.

Also shows you that other teams deal with crazy off the field shit and covid too and they still find ways to win.

Ron and this staff have not done that and have regressed in year 2

He'll choke, he's in the Kirk Cousins level nothing more. He just might be our future QB if Vegas doesn't retain him. I guess he's better than what we have, just don't over pay him.

I think they are different players. Cousins is a computer program nothing more. He will read a defense and through to the most beneficial option. Carr can look at individual situations if a CB gets injured and a rookie comes in Carr will attempt to exploit the match up. This is why KC makes bone headed plays like downing ball instead of spiking etc because the program tells him too in that down and distance.

The last thing we need is to give out a contract similar to or more than what Alex Smith had for a slightly above average QB.
