Re: Week 18

The Spanos family has to fire Staley. He basically is the sole reason they lost. Why did he call a timeout? The clock would have run out. He is so stupid. Who goes for it in the middle of the game inside their own 20. He is the worst coach I think I have ever seen.

Going for it on the 20 was a bad call but I can see his reasoning in calling the timeout,I’ll give him a pass on that call.I thought this article explained it pretty good

There was another game where he did the same exact thing, can't remember the game but it was a few weeks ago. He just kept going for it when he had 3 points and they lost the game cause of his analytics BS. No way am I keeping that guy going forward. He would be done.

I'm not saying he's a bad or good coach or should keep his job, sounds like he's not good,I was just giving him a pass on calling that timeout, very easy to second guess it after the fact but at the time I can see his reasoning for doing it.It was his defense giving up that big run that really fked him

As a San Diego native who's been to many Bolts vs Raiders games, this was the best outcome possible.
F the Chargers.

I hate that they got a QB.
