I think neither is really that easy to acquire - a top 10 QB / or an elite OL. Anyway, they complement each other. An OL can make the QB look better, and vice versa. I'd put my efforts toward finding that top 10 QB, before trying to put together five O linemen that are all - say - top 10 at their position.
