And Washington Air Traffic Controllers

Red Tails with the right logo and details could be better than Commanders, but not by much. RedWolves or just Wolves were definitely the top choices.

I still can't buy the trademark argument - for RedWolves maybe if ASU really wanted to fight the battle, but Washington Wolves would have been unique enough with Burgundy and Gold colors that I can't imagine another club/sport having claim to it. We just saw USFL add Michigan Panthers. I am pretty sure the NFL has a team called the Panthers...

I'm sure this report id BS and it is indeed commanders, but you might of noticed during the making of the brand videos they did mention the word launch a few times, which would fit the Redtails theme.

Also it would a a huge hoodwink if the name is Redwolves and all of what we have seen has been a misdirection.

Redtails were Army Air Corps they were never launched (Only ships launch aircraft). Redwolves would really suck (as bad if no worse than Commanders).

This is correct but I don’t think that would have mattered if they indeed were trying to hint at Red Tails.

Thanks, I'm aware and more than happy with Commanders, especially over Redwolves. I was just pointing out that maybe it was some kind of hint by them or something.

I have never gotten your disdain for wolves/redwolves. With your graphics there could be some truly awe inspiring works from it.

Yeah this is yesterday’s news. But did you see Moobys post?
Could be credible.
