WR is generally accepted as the hardest position for a rookie to be successful at (non-QB). And if not the hardest, top 2 (same rule).
You can't just say hey, we will draft 2 rookies, and the production is replaced. Davante Adams is an absolute stone cold fucking beast. You're not replacing that with a couple rookies. Not to mention, if you double down at WR, you lose picks at other positions. Packers continue to just think Rodgers will work it all out.
