I hope we go WR/LB or LB/WR in the 1st 2 rounds. Then CB or S in the 4th round.

I also feel like we don't want to be in a position have to reach for need... But this is looking more and more like the FO agrees with you on the importance of this 3rd round comp pick, and maybe the plan is to sign a vet after the draft. Envoyé de mon SHV48 en utilisant Tapatalk

Ben Standig
@BenStandig · 6h We've been waiting for the Commanders to strike in free agency for a middle linebacker. GM Martin Mayhew said today the answer might already be on the roster in Cole Holcomb. |

I actually like Holcomb at WLB but to think that he's the answer at MLB is a joke. So Davis, Holcomb + hopefully a rookie would be our starters. Mayo, Hudson and a couple of UDFAs for depth ? That'll sure give nightmares to opposing Offensive Coordinators...

Re: 2022 Commanders off season thread part 1
Here comes that sinking feeling again. For all those in favour of protecting a compensatory pick, is the 98th pick in the draft really worth having over a viable starter at MLB for 2-3 years. I am not so sure. They have not replaced the hybrid/ buffalo nickel position either. After last year Hudson is not an exciting prospect either

Collins and his agent were not happy with the team when he was let go, so he will probably take a minimum deal anywhere but here to prove his point
