Knock on wood but I have never ran out of gas, I agree there should be no way in todays world of cars that u run out.. It's just laziness or u are broke and cant afford gas (clearly not his case)

IMO(nothing more) If the Police are satisfied and his Family is satisfied and from the last report I heard they are, then while we might want to know how what and why it's really none of our business.
