Just imagine if Bigly did that…but what Trump did do was bring the lowest unemployment rates to minorities communities, signed a historic bill for HBCUs to receive yearly funding, and passed the first step act. He also would have signed the Tim Scott Police Reform bill, but racist, white supremacist Nancy Pelosi filibustered the bill.
