Reports indicate he may have issues pass blocking and running through the tackles consistently. He's great and electric as more of a utility back. Kid clearly has talent and has all the tools. Big year for him also.

Having no QB is going to hurt Barkley, that's a big thing that could hold him back.

The O will be better I think we have a nice group of RB's and Toney and Robison will give some teams fits and we will be running more till Jones gets the new system down. Matty I think Jones has a longer leash then some might expect ,....IMO TT doesn't see the field unless Jones is injured. The Giants will be better but with that said at best will be 7-10.

Why would a new coach have a long leash with a QB he didn't draft?

Lol not one that wants to win. Successful people know their role. Owners aren't football talent evaluators. They are businessmen. Totally agree with the comment earlier that the best owners you hear the least about.

Because he knows the shit show the current QB has been put through and becuase the Giants will give these two(HC+GM) the full four years to prove themselves. Ownership wants the merry go round of Coaches and GM's to stop. TT(Giants #6) is nothing but a career back up no doubt better then what we had, yes, Jones gets hurt he will play. This is their "mulligan year", they had no cap and to right that problem you go with what you got and patch the best you can. Giants go from second worst CAP to the top three in space next year.

Ok we’ll see how that goes. TT is already getting some first team snaps. Probably doesn’t mean anything.

Daniel Jones is simply not a good QB and never will be.
