I had read an article somewhere that said that Snyder won't sell to Bezos because he hates the WaPo. Someone might tell him that if he thinks he's hated now, it's nothing compared to the reaction that will arise if his pettiness gets in the way of a sale.

But if Bezos outbids by a significant percentage I don't think he'd turn it down. Not rational. Look back at all of Dan's behavior, he often took actions he didn't want to in the name of preserving the revenue stream. Changed the name to WFT to keep sponsorships.

If he's willing to change the name away from his beloved Redskins, he's willing to sell to Bezos.

Most teams support the city they are associated with and support them when they are struggling. I couldn't imagine the Ravens or Orioles doing this after Freddie Gray's murder and subsequent riots. Agreed. That's beyond petty and disgraceful... However, this has Snyder's fingerprint all over it, and I wouldn't be surprised is we get some more of those now that he has nothing to lose... He was petty when he still had something to fight for, now that he's giving up, he may make us realize we ain't seen nothing yet...
