The guy mentioned that some DC residents complained that they had waited over 10 years from the time they requested a refund on season tickets, and that some of them had stated they had to sign an NDA prior to getting the refund.

I’m not a lawyer or prosecutor so I only assume Dan holding on to the money like that might be illegal and one of the many things that they are coming after.

Hit job or not, Dan is in the crosshairs now by just about everyone, and this ends with him finally selling the team. Or being forced out if he decides to backtrack.

The with holding of deposits is what i thought this was going to be about but I didnt hear that .. but ive had multiple people come into my office

i think what we are seeing now is a public piling on. Basically they more coming at DS the better and he is just going have to give in. At this point who is in his corner? Probably just Jason Wright; he is like his Smithers.

Naming of Goddell and NFL as defendants subject to discovery is great. Closer that fire gets to their doorstep, the better.

I could see this being dismissed before it gets off the ground .. lack of jurisdiction, lack of standing, lack of articuable claim, failure to state claim upon which relief could be afforded ...

Goddell and the NFL being parties is the most interesting part of it.

Really curious about a consumer protection theory of the case.

I haven't seen any reports with any specifics in the complaint, other than a general statement about "lies."

Hopefully, more detailed reporting will come out in the next few days.

Id be willing to bet the AG has crossed his t’s and dotted his i’s prior to today’s announcement. At the end of the day all I want is Snyder to be gone. Two months ago id have said there is a 0 percent chance of that happening in my lifetime. Now id say it’s a 90 percent chance.
