Goddell/NFL is the target of this, which is great, more logs for the fire .... still dont understand how DC residents have any legal standing/cause of action.

The guy mentioned that some DC residents complained that they had waited over 10 years from the time they requested a refund on season tickets, and that some of them had stated they had to sign an NDA prior to getting the refund.

I’m not a lawyer or prosecutor so I only assume Dan holding on to the money like that might be illegal and one of the many things that they are coming after.

Hit job or not, Dan is in the crosshairs now by just about everyone, and this ends with him finally selling the team. Or being forced out if he decides to backtrack.

The with holding of deposits is what i thought this was going to be about but I didnt hear that .. but ive had multiple people come into my office

that has legs, thats an actual damage to DC residents
