2 years ago, Alex Smith got hurt, TH took over and almost beat TB in the playoffs. Last year injuries derailed the O and D, Ron panicked and went and got a worn out Wentz when he didn't have too. He should have kept Settle and rebuilt the OL. I'll give him credit for Dotson, Robinson, Ridgeway and Armani Rogers.

Moving forward, bench Wentz and forget he's even in the roster (they will not win with him and should be demoted to 3rd string).

I don't think Wentz ever takes a snap again for Washington to take advantage of the trade. He lost his legs and is not the former qb he used to be. Roll with Heinicke rest of season and Howell if necessary. Take another look at qb in the offseason. Starting to think we can win consistently with Heinicke. He plays well and moves the ball with all of our offensive weapons and a good rushing attack.

Howell is a stronger armed and more physical TH. If TH falters go to Howell.
