My problem with Turner and Rivera is they won't call plays to allow Heinicke to use his legs and make the defense account for him.

The Falcons, Eagles, and Giants does it. If we had someone like Schottenheimer, you'd see Heinicke and this offense feasting.

That's a fallacious and irrelevant response. Heinicke runs 4.56 40 which is more than fast enough for a QB to be threat with his legs.

For one, he's shown he can scramble. Lastly, you're not or rarely scrambling on designed run plays.

Plain and simple he is not a very good QB, no other team in the nfl would start him
