List of things that need to happen
 A. Fire the staff (won’t happen so we are doomed) B. Find a QB if Howell isn’t the guy. DO NOT get Carr C. Draft OL OL OL. D. Find a way to pay Payne These are the top 4 major issues that need to be addressed. The roster isn’t bad , young playmakers on offense and a damn good D Line with some solid players in the secondary.
