For the people who say he doesn’t need to know the implications of the game well I guarantee you every other HC who was fighting for the playoffs yesterday was fully aware of every scenario because they pay attention to detail. If I hire a realtor they better damn well be aware of comps in my area and not just focused on doing the deal. Of course you pull Wentz when he was shitting the bed. Ron definitely was thinking let me get a full look at Carson and than think about next week. He has done much worse, like his personnel decisions, but the whole thing just screams of incompetence. Like someone else mentioned on here - JDR is fully in charge of the D, and Turner is fully in charge of the O. Ron absolutely failed playing GM. His team always comes out flat for games, and in the second half so his motivational skills are clearly sub par. He has blamed others and thrown his own players under the bus so even his pressers are shit. I mean wtf does this guy actually do well besides lose? He is just there getting paid and it is a straight joke at this point. If he had any semblance of pride he would walk away. We will never, ever, win with him at the helm. He should give Cam Newton half his paychecks because he wouldn’t even be collecting them without him. |

There is a reason why the Panthers let him go.. They knew he was a loser. At the end of the day just because people are nice doesn't mean they are good at their jobs.. He's a bottom 5 HC in the NFL
