Lol, that's clearly a penalty. Dotson was PI'd too. Even Howell's incomplete passes are solid throws.

I'm jacked up on Howell.
He took 1 unnecessary hit a starter can't take, and made a terrible red zone int., but other than that, man, he's playing great.
