Oof. Imagine not being onboard with the plan, and then getting fired. He probably feels scapegoated.

Scott isn't here anymore because it wasn't just his inability to get the qb going - he couldn't get the offense going either.

Ordinarily I'd agree - but Kyle Shanahan is 5-0 with the qb taken dead last in this year's draft.

Coaching plays a part. We all saw how he couldn't scheme to take advantage of a D's weaknesses - or use the run to setup play action. Good coaches adjust to the player's limitations. He couldn't do any of that. The writing was on the wall when 9 players complained how difficult his offense is.

It just goes to show what an elite coach Kyle is. He and John Lynch have done an outstanding job out there in SF.

I'm pretty sure it's been reported before that the Wentz trade was Snyder's doing.

It definitely was not Snyder. And I hate to stick up for him on anything but that is just not true. Sure he was on board w/ it but this was 100% Ron and Mayhew went along w/ it.

This is the scary part and another reason Ron should be fired soon as the new owner comes in.

Speaking of the quarterback position, last offseason, head coach Ron Rivera went all-in on Russell Wilson. Wilson chose the Denver Broncos, and Rivera should thank Wilson every day for not wanting to come to Washington.

Scott will end up as OC for a playoff team ..we have let a lot of guys go and that is what has happened.. this team is a toxic wasteland .I’m waiting on the sale
